Terms and Conditions

Welcome to DIY Slime Party! These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by DIY Slime Party Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”), including slime party bookings, kit orders, and our website use. By using our services or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

1. Party Bookings

 

1.1 Booking Process

  • All party bookings are made via our website or email confirmation.

  • A non-refundable deposit (50% off the expected price) is required to secure your date.

  • Final balance is due at least 1 days before the event.

1.2 Party Setup

  • We come to your home or chosen venue. You are responsible for providing a clean, safe space with tables/chairs for children.

  • Parties are suitable for children aged 3+.

  • Our staff will arrive approximately 15 minutes before the party start time to set up.

1.3 Group Size

  • Standard packages accommodate up to a set number of children. Extra guests may incur a fee.

  • Please inform us of changes at least 24 hours in advance.

 

2. Slime Kits

2.1 Orders & Delivery

  • Orders for kits can be placed via our website. Full payment is required at checkout.

  • We aim to dispatch kits within 7 working days, subject to availability.

  • UK delivery only unless otherwise arranged.

2.2 Returns

  • Kits are handmade and contain hygiene-sensitive ingredients. Returns are only accepted if items are faulty or damaged on arrival. Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.

 

3. Cancellations & Refunds

 

3.1 Parties​

  • Cancellations within 1 week of the event are non-refundable.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless cancelled within 14 days of the party

3.2 Force Mature

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to illness, severe weather, or other events beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or reschedule at no charge.

4. Health & Safety

  • All ingredients used in our kits and parties are non-toxic and child-safe but should not be consumed.

  • It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to inform us of allergies or sensitivities in advance.

  • We cannot be held liable for injuries sustained due to improper use of kits or unsupervised participation.

5. Privacy & Data Use

  • We collect your contact details for booking and communication purposes only.

  • Your data is never shared with third parties for marketing.

6. Website Use

  • All content, images, and designs on this website are the property of DIY Slime Party Ltd and may not be reused without permission.

  • We do our best to ensure accurate information, but reserve the right to update product descriptions, prices, and services without notice.

7. Liability

  • DIY Slime Party Ltd accepts no liability for damage to property, clothing, or injury unless caused by our negligence.

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times during home-based parties.
